為甚麼皇帝之妻稱為「后」？ 在中國古代宮廷裏，皇帝擁有後宮三千佳麗，在眾多妻妾中，皇帝的正妻稱為「皇后」，也有些古籍上簡稱為「后」；而尊稱皇帝的母親為皇太后；皇帝的祖母則尊為太皇太后。可是，為甚麼要稱皇帝之妻為「后」呢？ 「后」原為君主之意。在《詩經‧商頌‧玄鳥》上載︰「商之先后，受命不殆，在武丁孫子。」鄭玄箋曰︰「后，君也。」又《左傳‧僖公三十二年》說︰「其南陵，夏后皋之墓也。」《書經‧說命中》說︰「樹后王君公，承以大夫師長。」這些「后」都是指君主。所以在上古時代，「后」是帝王的稱號。如大禹的兒子啓稱為「夏后氏」，還有傳說中射日的后羿。 後來，古代公卿諸侯也稱「后」。如《書經‧舜典》載有︰「覲四岳群牧，班瑞于群后。」另《唐‧柳宗元‧封建論》︰「周有天下，裂土田而瓜分之，設五等，邦群后。」《漢書˙卷七十三˙韋賢傳》︰「庶尹群后，靡扶靡衛，五服崩離，宗周以隊。」因此，諸侯又稱「群后」，天子則稱為「元后」，如《書經‧泰誓上》：「亶聰明作元后，元后作民父母。」 約在周朝以前，天子之妻皆稱為「妃」，周朝開始則稱為「后」。如《禮記‧曲禮下》︰「天子之妃曰后。」到了秦始皇統一六國之後，改天子為皇帝，並訂定皇帝的正妻為皇后的后妃制度。不過，較完備的后妃制度和等級劃分直到漢朝才實際執行。《漢書‧卷五‧景帝紀》︰「朕親耕，后親桑，以奉宗廟粢盛祭服，為天下先。」另《漢書‧卷一‧高帝紀下》︰「尊王后曰皇后，太子曰皇太子。」還有《三國志‧卷五‧魏書‧后妃傳‧序》中有︰「太祖建國，始命王后，其下五等︰有夫人，有昭儀，有倢，有容華，有美人。」 「后」是一會意字，「后」在甲骨文裏，左下方是一口字，右上方是一攏起的手，但自金文將字型成鏡像般翻轉，攏起的手移到了左上方，便一直沿用至今。《說文解字》上載︰ 「后，繼體君也，像人之形，施令以告四方，發號者，君后也。」因為在上古氏族部落中，一般發號施令者為女性的權威，所以「后」的意思為有權威的女性長輩。在甲骨文的卜辭中，「后」還經常被用來代指氏族中的女性首領。所以，也因而引申為帝王的正妻等涵義。@* 在中國古代的封建制度裏，把后妃奉為是遵循婦德儀節的楷模，她們的一切言行舉止都得符合禮教的規範，母儀天下，並制定婦禮。所以皇后在後宮的地位就如同天子，是眾妃之主。如《周禮‧天宮內宰》曰︰「王后帥六宮之人。」 .msgcontent .wsharing ul li { text-indent: 0; } 分享 Facebook Plurk YAHOO!

老婆 別睡在老公臂膀 根據英國一項調查，好萊塢電影中，女方依偎在男方胸口的「浪漫式」睡姿僅獲4%夫妻青睞。但物理治療師表示，比起將頭枕在對方手臂膀上睡覺，這種睡姿反而較少壓迫。 台北國泰醫院物理治療組組長簡文仁表示，不少情人或老婆在蜜月期間，喜歡靠在男友或老公的臂膀上睡，結果造成對方手臂麻痺，因而有「蜜月肘」之稱。 他笑說，這種姿勢通常是老公不忍心吵醒老婆，因而不敢動，使得橈神經長時間受到壓迫而導致；通常醒來後甩一甩，麻痺感便消褪，但嚴重則可能有肌肉無力，以致手腕與手指不能動的「垂手」症狀。而依偎在胸口睡覺的姿勢，因頭是枕在胸窩上，並無壓迫到神經，且腳可互相擱著，分散壓力，反而可能是較為舒服的睡姿。 台北市立聯合醫院忠孝院區神經內科主任黃啟訓則認為，因睡覺時會有自然翻身的動作，其實不容易造成嚴重的神經麻痺症狀；反倒是酒醉者，因神智不清，常發生手掛在椅背上，壓迫到橈神經，以致手臂麻痺。 不過，簡文仁提醒，睡覺時是肌肉最放鬆的時候，不管採側睡、仰睡還是趴睡，都不能讓身體的肌肉組織受到壓迫、拉扯、扭曲，否則睡八小時後，不僅會肌肉痠痛，還可能壓迫到周圍神經，影響手部、足部的功能。 簡文仁建議，平躺時，可在膝蓋及腰部下方墊枕頭，使骨盆後傾，減低腰的扭力，並將雙腳分開，以放鬆髖關節。而習慣側睡者，則可在兩腿間夾個枕頭，並將下方手臂往前伸，以免過度壓迫肩部肌肉；甚至可在背部多墊一個枕頭，以支撐軀幹。 簡文仁強調，沒有哪個睡姿比較好，只要找到最舒服、放鬆的姿勢，配合床舖的軟硬度，肢體可自由伸展、翻身的空間，就可避免痠痛或神經壓傷等後遺症。 .msgcontent .wsharing ul li { text-indent: 0; } 分享 Facebook Plurk YAHOO!
